Galloping Goose 10M Aurora
Here is the link to the race on Sat. Jeff will add his as soon as he figures out his Garmin 310XT. Ryan now has his so he will need to figure it out also.
My heart rate avg. was 167. Spiked at 195. I will need to see how that should work.
My first 3 miles average was around 7:20, the last were around 7:40, so a 7:29 average.
The course was long at 6:27 even if it was certified.
My 5K would have been around 22:00. I need to be faster?

I was happy, felt great. Tons of fun. 1st in Age, of course there were only 4 of us, but beggars can't be choosy. Kris, ran it around 1 hr. but her leg is still hurting from St George. All in all I felt great, it was a fun run. A good day in Denver with the kiddos.
