Went for a longer run this morning. I felt pretty crappy for the first 3-4 miles, but by the end I was feeling a bit better. Check out the elevation changes through the first 5 miles, pretty much climbing the whole time. My first few miles were consistent, on Mile5 i stopped to pick up a quarter but I don't think that's what put me over 7 min per mile. When I get faster I want to do this run around 48 minutes...someday
