It was a nice morning to run, the wind made it colder than it really was. Ran up and around
Palisades , 13th West and back to the cemetary. We ran around the cemetary several times. Up and down the hills, and back again. I had much better splits, than previous 6 milers, it was around 8:34 and my heart rate was 139 average. I think the heart thing will be fun. I can't wait for Mom to get home so we can do the Shreader together.
