Weeks of Feb 21-27 & Feb 28 - March 6th

Still can't figure out how to post my calendar. So here are my workouts for the week of February 21 - 27th

Swim: 4000 Yards, 1 Hour 15 Minutes
Bike: 8 Hour 16 Minutes, Spin Bike and St. George Century
Run: 24.14 Miles, 2 Hours 46 Minutes

Total Time: 13 Hours 19 Minutes


WEEK OF FEB 28 - MARCH 6

Swim: 4050 Yards, 1 Hour 14 Minutes
Bike: 2 Hours all Spin Bike
Run: 32.89 Miles, 3 Hours 43 Minute

Total Time: 6 Hours 56 Minutes
