This is a picture of the the BBKs Sat. morning 3/13/10 before our 14 milerWow almost 1/2 way, not to bad I think I'm doing okay, getting in pretty good miles and plenty of variety. Weather was mostly good this week, everyone wanted to ride on Sat. but the storm was coming, so I was home on Friday and took the time and to go ride, so I was the lucky one, and got a ride in. Sat. was ugly after the morning run, so I was lucky.

Swimming 7500 yeard
Total hours 11:30
