 It's actually not too bad and depending on what weights you use it can be a pretty good workout.  It's about a 25 minute workout and if you do it for 30 days you'll look like the people on "The Biggest Loser".  Wait a minute, aren't those people all fat?  Oh well.

Oh well.It looks like I'll be doing the same thing today and probably again tomorrow, but we'll see if any of the snow decides to melt off the sidewalks. The one good thing about this storm is my office was closed yesterday so I didn't have to work for the man. Boo ya
