I can't figure out how to post my calendar either. So here are my workouts for the week of February 15 - 20th
Swim: 4000 Yards, 1 Hour 13 Minutes
Bike: 2 Hour 35 Minutes, All on the spin bike
Run: 30 Miles, 3 Hours 22 Minutes
Total Time: 7 Hours 11 Minutes
Looks like I need to step it up...you guys are kicking my butt.
